Refund policy

At Madilyn’s Makes, every crochet piece is handmade with care and attention to detail. Because of the unique and personal nature of handmade items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once your order has been placed.

However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work with you to provide a replacement or issue a refund if necessary.

Please note:

• Colors may appear slightly different due to monitor settings and lighting.
• Custom or personalized orders cannot be refunded or returned.
• We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages once they are in the hands of the shipping carrier.
